We recommend scheduling maintenance twice a year to all customers—once in the spring before you turn your air conditioner on, and once in the fall before you turn on your heater. However, since we live in such a warm climate, we do sometimes service air conditioners twice a year to keep them in good shape, due to our extensive use in Texas.

We offer three different levels of maintenance programs to meet your specific budget and needs:
Platinum Package
Includes two maintenance services a year in the spring and fall:
- Chemically clean coils
- Clean furnace
- Replace small components (if needed): capacitors, contractors, hard start, ignitor, pressure switch, float switch, fan relay, sequence
- Check refrigerant pressure
- Calibrate thermostat
- Check amp draw on compressor
- Tighten electrical connections
- Measure volts/amps on motors
- Inspect condensate drains
- Replace algae tabs
- Inspect fuel pipe, safety, accessible duct work, and filters
- Add one pound of refrigerant per unit
Platinum service includes:
- 10% discount for equipment replacement
- 5% discount on repairs
- No overtime
- Priority service
- Transferable maintenance agreement
- Excludes: motors, compressors, circuit boards, coils, gas valve, and heat strips
Gold Package
Includes two maintenance services a year in the spring and fall:

- Check ignition assembly and heat exchanger or elements
- Inspect fuel pipe, heat strips, safety, accessible duct work, and filters
- Calibrate thermostat
- Check refrigerant pressure and amp draw on compressor
- Replace lgae tabs
- Measure temperature difference

- No overtime
- Priority service
- 5% discount on repairs
Silver Package
Includes one annual inspection:
- Check ignition assembly and heat elements
- Inspect fuel pipe, heat strips, safety, accessible duct work, and filters
- Calibrate thermostat
- Check refrigerate pressure and amp draw on compressor

- Measure temperature difference
